Terms & conditions:
1. Children below 5 yrs.: Complimentary accommodation.
2. In case of number of rooms booked is below 6, normal tariff of the choiceable rooms after deducting travel agent’s commission/discount will be applicable. Room requirements between 6 and 9, booking is to be done in the order of Room Nos. 101,102, 103, 104,105, 106, 302, 304 and 303.
3. Normally, each room accommodates 2 persons. Extra person/head above 5 years of age is chargeable as above. The above special rate does not include provision of TV, Tatasky, DVD, elec. blankets, etc. in the room.
4. Requirement of extra pillow/ quilt/ blanket may be provided against extra charge and subject to availability.
5. If the booking is for all 10 rooms, single accommodation for the Tour Manager and 2 mattresses with linen and 2 blankets may be provided complimentary for the kitchen staff. Otherwise, extra person charge would be applicable. The kitchen staffs are to use the annexed room. The touring party would be required to carry their own extra blankets for their staff-members or drivers. The hotel does not provide accommodation with bed-roll and blankets to the extra supporting staff. The supporting staff of the tour is not allowed to sleep inside the hotel building or use of any room/ attached bath.
6. The separate kitchen charge includes use of kitchen (annexed room with attached bath) and dining room. Garbage is to be disposed off by the touring party.
7. Any loss or damage caused to the hotel property by the touring party including the tourists is to be compensated accordingly.
8. Washing of clothes in the bathroom is strictly prohibited. The washing machine in the laundry room may be used by the tourists at extra charge.
9. Use of any electrical gadgets (excepting mobile/camera/laptop charging) would attract penalty.
10. Full payment must be made before 30 days of the scheduled check-in date. Otherwise, the reservation would stand cancelled automatically and the advance amount to be forfeited to the extent of 50% of the full value of the reservation.
