The following facilities considered for a star rated hotel by various Associations/ Authorities are available in this hotel. No request has been sent to any Association/Authority for star rating till now since, it is not statutory for a hotel which is duly approved and notified by the State Tourism Department. Any such catagorisation escalates operational cost of the hotel, thereby enhances the tariff. Since, the State Government notifies the tariff of our Hotel, there is hardly any room to absorb such unnecessary expenditure.  Instead, we prefer to put additional facilities (over and above of the Government prescribed facilities) in place for better comfort and convenience to our guests within the notified tariff.

We also furnish additional market information that the unique facilities we offer are written in bold letters and doubt whether these are available in other hotels in Kalpa:

2. Longer size bed with foam mattresses, pure white cotton linen.
3. Attached bath & WC toilet with Automatic electric geyser and large enough to hang shower curtain separating bathing place.

What we do not have and none of the followings are available in other hotels in Kalpa too:

1. Air Conditioning (The ambient temp. remains between 5 to 19 degree Celsius in Kalpa and with low humidity)
2. Bar (Serving of alcoholic drinks is not permitted by the Govt. in the hotels in Kalpa) and Discothèque.
3. Gymnasium or Spa or Game Center
4. Swimming pool or Sauna Bath.
5. Credit card payment facility (due to tele-communication problems)
