Booking procedure:                                                                  

 

The intending guests (individual, family, group, corporate, etc.) may book the room(s) in advance without any time limit. After obtaining the occupancy position on the specified date, the advance amount (100% of the tariff for the 1st day and 50% of susequent days) is to be deposited. In this regard, the guest(s) or their representative may visit to our booking office in Kolkata or contact over phone or e-mail. We would reciprocate with our response immediately. The advance amount can be deposited in cash or in our Bank account as to be specified in our reply.

 

Tour Operators: The hotel management requests all domestic/international Tour Operators (TO) kindly to book the room(s) in advance. A separate kitchen space may be provided, if required. In this regard, the TO's representative may visit to our booking office in Kolkata or contact over phone/ through e-mail. After obtaining the vacancy position on the specified date, the advance amount @50% is to be deposited. The advance money can be deposited in cash/draft or our Bank account as specified in our reply. A special rate can be availed by the TOs, subject to consistency of business.


 

CANCELLATION / REFUND:

Intimation or request for cancellation is to be addressed to the concerned booking office or Unit from where the reservation was obtained along-with the original reservation vouchers.

 

Above 60 days in advance: Rs. 100/-.

 

The following cancellation charges are in line with that of HPTDC hotels.


In case request for cancellation of reservation is received before 7 clear days or more in advance before the scheduled date of check in, 80% of the advance will be refunded. If the request for cancellation of reservation is received between 4 to 6 days, 50% of advance taken will be refunded. No refund will be given, if the cancellation intimation is received less than 4 days before the date of arrival.

 

In case of request for partial cancellation i.e. reduction of number of rooms or period of stay is received from the guests before 7 clear days or more in advance from scheduled date of arrival, 80% of the advance received on account of room(s) / period of stay only for which the request has been received from the guests will be refunded. Similarly if request is received between 4 to 6 days before, 50% of the advance received shall be refunded. No refund shall be given if the cancellation intimation is received less than 4 days before the date of arrival.

 

Hotel management is not responsible for any additional cancellation charge levied by the booking agents, if any.
